Raw material
Steel: Common types include Q235A steel and stainless steel (such as 304 stainless steel, which has excellent corrosion resistance and is suitable for humid or corrosive environments). These steels are used to manufacture lock sets, lock cores, steel nails, etc., to ensure that the lock body can provide sufficient resistance when subjected to violent damage, and will leave obvious marks once damaged.
Metal alloys: Some key parts of high-seal lock bodies may use high-strength alloy materials to further enhance tensile and impact resistance. For example, the tensile force of some products can reach over 6.5KN, relying on the mechanical properties of the alloy materials for support.
Box packing
Boxed: Generally, plastic boxes or paper boxes are used to neatly arrange the high-sealed products inside. Each box can hold about 10 items, which is convenient for counting and taking. It can also prevent the high-sealed products from being damaged due to collision or friction during transportation and storage.
Plastic sealing: Plastic films are used to seal individual or multiple high-sealed products. This serves to prevent moisture and dust. At the same time, it can clearly display the appearance and logo of the high-sealed products. Common examples include heat shrink film packaging. By heating, the film shrinks and adheres tightly to the high-sealed product, resulting in a compact and attractive packaging effect.
