How to open the container cable seal after use?
The cable seal is a one-time lead seal product, and once the cable seal is sealed, it is not allowed to be opened without special circumstances.

The method of opening the wire seal is very simple, only need to prepare a pair of wire pliers in advance, and align the wire part that needs to be cut, you can easily open the wire seal. The cut cable seal cannot be used again.

Lock body: Usually made of metal (such as aluminum alloy) or high-strength plastic. The lock body comes in various colors like blue, orange and red. These colors not only help distinguish different uses or ownership but also have a certain warning effect. Inside the lock body, there is a special locking mechanism. Once the wire passes through and is tightened, it is difficult to open it in the reverse direction.

Enterprise Application: Seal production enterprises submit certification applications to qualified third-party certification agencies (such as SGS, Intertek, TUV, etc.).
Product Testing: The certification agency conducts physical performance tests on the seal samples (such as shear force, tensile force, corrosion resistance, etc.) to verify if they meet the requirements of the corresponding type (I/S/H).
Factory Audit (if applicable): Some certification agencies will conduct audits of the production process to ensure the stability of the quality of the batch-produced seals.
Issuance of Certificates: After passing the tests and audits, the certification agency issues the ISO 17712 certificate. The certificate usually has an expiration date (such as 3 years) and requires regular re-audits.
